Meet Mia!

Our little chihuahua friend, Piper AKA Rusty Pipes, got adopted a couple of weeks ago. Mom cried but she said they were happy tears. Piper now lives in Palm Springs with a super awesome family. You know what that means - NEW FOSTER SISTER TIME!

Meet Mia! She is my new kick-ass foster sister. As you can see she's really cute but don't let that fool you. This girl can hang with the big boys. We wrestle all the time and she definitely keeps me on my paws.

She was pulled from the West Valley shelter at the Best Friend's Super Adoption atthe La Brea Tar Pits last Sunday. She's about a year and a half and she only had to spend about 2 weeks in the shelter (even 1 day SUCKS in the shelter though - take it from me!).

After she's done kicking my ass for the evening she settles in for a snooze. If you want to adopt Mia then just go to the usual place: http://www.mollysmuttsandmeows.org/ and fill out an application. :)

MEET PIPER!

Meet my new foster sis and BFF - Piper!  She is super cool and I'm having a lot of fun with her.  You can check her profile out on on the Molly's Mutts and Meows website (www.mollysmuttsandmeows.com).  She's ready to be adopted but I kinda hope she sticks around for a while because I really enjoy bossing her around (don't worry, she totally digs it).  Gotta go, Piper just pulled my squeaky-monster toy into her crate and I've got to go get it back before she hoards it.  Peace.   

Edie Update!

Just a quick update: I am HOT!  No, seriously, I am.  But the real update is that Edie got adopted back in July!  She's living large in the Hollywood Hills with a super cool lady who takes her to work everyday.  I miss her but Mom says that Ollie and me have a surprise coming...I hope it's another Chihuahua!

Super Bowl Sunday

Oh my gosh, I was just thinking about how I haven't blogged in forever and I realized that I never posted these pictures from the super bowl! Above is a picture of Dutchess (she's so hot) and her brother Duke in the background.

One Awesome Playdate

Last. Weekend. Was. AWESOME! Saturday morning we piled in Mom's car and went over to Glamma and Glampa's house to visit the girls. We got frisky cutting up the back yard and playing up on the hill. Then we went inside to calm down and I made a new friend named Fishbone...I think he's a swordfish. I found him right away and played with him all day. Fanny was looking for love in all the wrong places! Glamma Jill couldn't believe how Fanny was throwing herself at Ollie - she was calling her Fanny Floozy! It's because she lost her virginity a couple weeks ago so now she knows the ropes. Ollie didn't know what the hell she was doing, I think it kinda freaked him out. Meet my Cousin Magy!

Hey everyone, check out this picture of my cousin Magy from Colorado! She saw my blog and wanted to say 'hi'. She doesn't have a blog of her own because her paws are bigger than mine and typing can be tricky. I had to practice a lot before I got the hang of it. Anyway, ain't Magy cute?! I hope someday we can meet in person! We will have to settle for being pen pals for now...

Can I Borrow Your Loofa?

Sorry I haven't posted in a while - I was sick last week with an intestinal infection which basically means I had a pretty bad case of the doggy squirts. Couldn't keep my food down either which of course was a bummer. Luckily Mom took me to the vet and I got some antibiotics. Not before the vet had his way with me (shots, xrays, blood drawn and some other things you do NOT want to know about). Mom was really upset, especially when we walked out of the vets office and I had to do my business right away. She saw one little drop of blood and totally freaked out. It was embarassing. She couldn't hold it together and she was crying to the doctor to come out and look at the drop of blood. So he went out to see and assured her that it's okay and the antibiotics will fix the problem. Then he asked where I went potty so he could see it and that's when we all realized to our sheer horror that my business was under his foot. Mom stopped crying here and I'm pretty sure she just wanted to get the hell outta there because she apologized and hurried us off to the car. Anyhoo, as you can see I'm back to normal now bossing Ollie around the house and eating Mom and Dad's loofa.

Speaking of Ollie, will you get a load of this guy? It doesn't get much cuter than this unless of course you're me. Don't let his slumbering facade fool you, this kid is a killer. I hope we get to do something fun this weekend. I'm definitely due for a romp over and Glamma and Glampa's with my best bud Maggie Mae.

My Friend Tilly

I forgot to post after we had our special guest over and thenI got sick this week so I REALLY forgot. Her name is TILLY!

She came over last Saturday night with her parents Jordan and Stefanie. They just adopted her recently from Perfect Pet Rescue. Just like me she was the first one he would be parents even looked at! You can't argue with perfection. Once you find greatness, no need to look further. I liked her right away...she's a little stand-offish at first but I think she totally digs me. I gave her a sniff when she let me come close enough...

Ollie liked her too but he stayed in his bed most of the night...

But I know he was watching her...

We had a lot of fun until it was time for Tilly to leave. We're gonna see her again soon Mom says. I can't wait!
